- The Health Department is well into its planning for its county-wide Fall Flu Vaccination Outreach. COVID-19 boosters will also be available at these clinics. Eight large vaccinations clinics have been secured and additional smaller sites are planned for hard to reach populations. The 8 large clinic dates, times and locations are below. Information will be posted on the county website and social media closer to September to schedule an appointment.

- The Health Department is also planning the dispensing of potassium iodide (KI) tablets for all individuals who live, work, play, attend school, etc. within 10 miles of either the Limerick Generating Station or Peach Bottom Atomic Power Stations. Information about the importance of KI and an interactive map that allows individuals to enter their address to assess their proximity to the 10-mile emergency zone: https://www.chesco.org/831/Potassium-Iodide-Dispensing (click “View map” link). For simplicity, the following municipalities are within the zone, however please note that the zone extends into other neighboring counties.
